THE RENTAL AND ITS QUESTIONS

Our residents have the possibility to offer their accommodation for rent. This will be managed by the campsite. Please contact us for more information at 02 51 55 55 76 during the opening hours of the reception, from Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm.

How to pay for your stay?

The balance is to be paid 1 month before your arrival or, if you book less than a month before your arrival, the total amount of the rental will be paid at the reservation.
The authorized means of payment are, credit card, check payable to the Camping, ANCV with the stub, the name and address of the holder on each check, cash or bank transfer.

Can I book a particular rental?

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee a specific location in advance.

Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

No refunds will be possible unless you have taken out cancellation insurance.

Are pets allowed in the rentals?

Only one animal is accepted in the rental, with its up-to-date vaccination certificate to be presented on arrival. Categorized dogs are not allowed.

Do I need to bring my own bedding?

Yes, you need to bring your own sheets, towels, washcloths and kitchen towels.

What are the conditions of access to the pool area?

Access to the swimming pool is exclusively reserved to the customers of the campsite. Swim shorts and bathing suits are not allowed. For safety reasons, visitors are not allowed in the pool area.

Are barbecues allowed?

Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed. Charcoal barbecues are prohibited.

Is there WIFI on the campsite?

Yes, there is a WIFI access for a fee on the whole campsite.

How are the rentals departing?

Rentals must be vacated by 10:00 am at the latest. The cleaning team will come by after your departure to proceed with the inventory of fixtures. If no damage is found, your deposit will be cancelled otherwise we will contact you.

What if I want to take the cleaning service?

You can request this service until the day before your departure, subject to availability of the cleaning team. Please note that this service does not include dishes, cupboards and garbage cans, which must be emptied by you.

Can I have one more person to sleep with?

For reasons of comfort, the rentals have a maximum capacity of 4 to 7 people depending on the model. Check with the reception to make sure that the accommodation is suitable. The additional person will have to be declared and pay the tourist tax and the supplement.
